String Poets strives to create a unique and refined atmosphere for you and your guests by gathering professionals and a competent group of artists.

Our Professional string ensemble serves Hickory Hills, IL. Violinists, Solo Cellists Jazz ensembles and pianists. We are able to serve Maryland, Virginia, and the mid-atlantic region.

String Poets is a group of professional, skilled and trustworthy musicians who are reliable trusted, knowledgeable and experienced. Since our beginnings, we've performed for weddings, exclusive dinners, corporate events and other occasions. Our expertise lets us work with every client to ensure they are happy with our service and the event in general.

Baroque (Vivaldi, Bach, Boccherini) Classical (Mozart Massenet) romantic (Elgar, Faure, Schubert, Brahms ...), French variety (Piaf, Brel), film music, and international music with the international ( Star Wars, Game of Thrones) and Tangos (Piazzolla), Pop, Jazz and Rock. It's 6 hours of entertainment and can be tailored to suit the requirements of our customers. You can make the transcription of string quartets in case you're seeking specific pieces which aren't in the repertoire.

We host more than 150 receptions and celebrations each year. We've learned flexibility, timing, and the art of singing. We're also able to adapt to the numerous wedding ceremonies and demands for songs. Our vast repertoire covers everything from classical and traditional tunes to pop and jazz. If you're not able to locate your favorite song in our collection of music, please contact us with suggestions for how you can include it and we'll work hard to find the perfect song to fit your event.

Hi Radhi, I am writing to let you what an amazing addition you and your string quartet were to the wedding. I only wish I could have been more appreciative on Sunday and that I could have talked with you at length, but alas, I was quite caught up in my wedding. When I first heard you playing I was getting ready in the bridal quarters and, while I am proud to say that I did not cry at all during my wedding, I almost became a faucet when I first heard you play! It was so beautiful! When I heard you play the very first notes, it was like my wedding was starting at that very moment and the whole day was brought to life. It was at that moment that it all began, as all my bridesmaids and flower girls prepared for the processional and scampered around the room to the lovely music that you played. All of my guests have repeated the sentiments to me that you added a beautiful touch to the event. I will recommend you for future weddings or any lovely event where your playing would be appropriate. You are a very talented man for having put together such an amazing group, but even more importantly, you espouse a love and happiness that transcends your music. The extra effort that you made to specialize the songs was more than many others would have done for me! We had the String Poets play at our Catholic ceremony and their music was beautiful! The whole day was a big blur but I knew that the music was great after all of our guests asked about them and complimented them. Then when we watched our video - we again saw how wonderful they were! Highly recommend and Radhi was Super easy to work with!

Mr. Radhi Santos and his quartet provided an out standing performance for our 4th annual awards banquet where we had nearly 200 guests in attendance. His quartet arrived promptly and was ready to perform when our event started. The String Poets added the polish to our event that helped put it over the top. Many guests commented on the quality of their performance and the value that it added to the ambiance of the evening. We will certainly be contacting String Poets for our event next year.

I wanted to follow up with you and let you know how pleased I was with the quartet that played at my garden wedding last weekend in Alexandria. They were all exceptional musicians and our guests really appreciated all of the beautiful music that was played prior, during and after the ceremony. The two songs that they accompanied my brother-in-law on (The Prayer and Exodus) were simply moving and emotional for all. My brother-in-law, who is a professional opera singer and who has sung in many venues around the world, was most impressed with the quartet. Bravo! I spoke briefly with Jose (thought it was you) and told him that I wanted to tip the four of them, but would work through you to do so. Please advise how I would do so. I couldn't have been more pleased. These guys sounded just perfect! They played a non-traditional piece for me as I walked down the aisle - Dvorak's Humoresque No.7 as well as other pieces we selected for the reception. They are finely skilled musicians and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a string trio (they also have a string quartet) for their event.
